In the next handful of weeks during the summer, we will be taking a look back at this past season and recognize those that have achieved high success by us at Rusch's Bowl. We will also be recognizing those that have broken as well as set new records by us this season. There will be no particular order we will do these. Our next annual spotlight will be on our woman bowler Trisha Smith.
Looking back at the 2019-2020 season, Trisha most notably shot her first-ever sanctioned 700 series with a 713. Throughout this season, Trisha bowled in the Tuesday Night Mixed league, Wednesday Night Men’s league, and Wednesday Night Mixed Spring league at Rusch’s Bowl where she established herself as one of the best women bowlers at Rusch’s and in the Association. On November 10th in the Tuesday Night Mixed league, she started to get momentum by firing 652 series, however her most recognizable night would come on December 9th in the Wednesday Night Men’s league, when she fired games of 243, 201, and 245 for a 689 series. She also continued her success at Rusch’s in the Wednesday Night Mixed Spring league by firing a 665 series as well.
Trisha’s excellent and consistent performance this season will not go unrecognized. She in total fired an impressive 19 600+ series throughout the season. Her highest individual average came from the Wednesday Night Men’s league with a respectable 194.71.
We would like to congratulate Trisha Smith once again on her outstanding performance this season and will be looked at as one of the most consistent and dedicated women bowlers at Rusch’s and in the Association. Her improvement on and off the lanes in the course of a year was shown! Congratulations Trisha!
